It is still a waterproof, light, LED impact resistant handgun light but now with laser. The FoxFury AWL-P is an Ambidextrous Weapon Light with no moving or operational parts. Fits most Beretta, Glock, H&K, Ruger, SIG, Smith & Wesson handguns and Picatinny Rail. Waterproof to 60 ft (18 m), undisturbed by mud and impact resistant.
The big advantage of the FoxFury AWL-P LED pistol light is that it is a single battery solution. It was designed from the ground up to use LED technology (which is far more efficient) so doesn't have the large heavy bodies of a legacy two battery solution. The AWL-P handgun light is both lighter and slimmer than a two battery solution, often as slim as the slide on a semi automatic handgun. This means less snagging when drawing and less weight, both in and out of the holster. For those departments which wish to reduce costs or lower their carbon footprint it also accepts rechargeable batteries.
